Castora Systems ("Castora," "we," "our," or "us") is a product of Strata Wireless, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Entity No. B20250049387).

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Castora's products and services.

By using Castora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

2. Services

Castora provides AI-assisted engineering tools for requirements generation, system analysis, and related functions.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or authorized to act on behalf of an organization.

By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensuring data accuracy
Avoiding resale or unauthorized sharing of access

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or compromise security.

5. Fees and Billing

If we introduce paid tiers or subscriptions, fees will be disclosed in-app or via order form.

Payments are due per the terms presented at purchase; all fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for consistent uptime but provide no guaranteed availability.

Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur; we are not liable for service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, and designs remain the property of Strata Wireless, LLC.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and grant us a limited, revocable license to process it solely to deliver the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
Upload malware or infringing content
Use Castora to develop a competing service
Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

9. Third-Party Services

Castora integrates with OpenAI, Supabase, Netlify, and GitHub.

Their terms and privacy policies govern those services.

We are not responsible for failures or breaches caused by third-party providers.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Castora is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strata Wireless, LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Failures by third-party integrations

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Castora in the prior 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation or mediation.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco County, California, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

We may terminate or suspend access for violations or operational reasons.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Material updates will be announced before they take effect via email or in-app notice.
